Achievements:

Elected chief engineer of the senior design project. This position placed me in charge of a design team composed of 16 individuals. The project lasted the entire senior year and provided an excellent and unique learning experience of management and communication skills not achieved in the classroom.
 
Passed the Engineer In Training Exam for Chemical Engineering given in the state of West Virginia

Field Engineer - Radiation and Explosives training
Wireline logging of oil and gas wells for the enhancement of production the well.

Research assistant for Dr. Richard Turton in the area of fluid particle coating. Construction of Fluidized bed piping and instrumentation.

Laboratory work consisted of the repair and installation of experiments in the Senior Unit Operations Lab.

Steel Fabrication Shop. Tasks included operating overhead bridge crane,grinding, loading and unloading of steel, assembly from schematics, operation of milling, punch, sandblasting and rotoblast machinery, and tack welding.

Assembly line worker. Tasks included assembly of parts for electronic equipment from schematics. Some soldering.
